Research outcome definition

Research outcome means the results and conclusions arrived at as the result of particular research activities and includes products, processes, experimental methods and supporting data.

Related to Research outcome

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Collaboration means the communication and decision-making process among health care providers

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
