Rescheduled Delivery Date definition

The Specifications, and any modifications or supplements thereto, shall be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties from time to time during the Term, and upon such mutual agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Agreement. 1.97 “Statement of Work” means a written document executed and delivered by the Parties that defines, as applicable, the work activities, requirements, deliverables, timeline, associated pricing and any other terms and conditions to govern given work project to be conducted by a Party under this Agreement. 1.98 “Steering Committee” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. 1.99 “Step In Notice” has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.2. 1.100 “Step In Rights” has the meaning set forth in Section 14.2.2. 1.101 “Supply” means the manufacture, supply, processing, storing, labeling, and packaging (as specified in this Agreement) for sale and delivery of the Product. 1.102 “Term” has the meaning set forth in Section 12.1. 1.103 “Territory” means Mainland China. 1.104 “Third Party” means any Person other than Aquestive and Haisco and their respective Affiliates. 1.105 “Third Party Claim” has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Examples of Rescheduled Delivery Date in a sentence
If the Rescheduled Delivery Date is more than [ ] after the original Scheduled Delivery Date, both Parties must mutually agree in writing that the rescheduling request is accepted.
Once a Rescheduled Delivery Date has been established following a rescheduling request, such new date shall be considered the Scheduled Delivery Date with respect to such Products and associated Purchase Order.
If Merchandise is not accepted on the Rescheduled Delivery Date, we have the right to terminate this Agreement and retain the Purchase Price or, within our sole discretion, to continue to store Products contingent upon the monthly payment of the Storage Fee.
