  • A Requisition Notice may consist of several documents in like form, each signed by one or more requisitionists.

  • The extraordinary meeting thereby requisitioned must be held within 10 working days[3] of the date the Requisition Notice was presented to the Executive Director of Secretariat.

  • An extraordinary meeting shall be cancelled if the Requisition Notice is withdrawn before the day of the meeting.
