Requisite Company Shareholder Approval definition

Requisite Company Shareholder Approval means the approval of this Agreement by the holders of at least a majority of the outstanding shares of Company Common Stock.

Requisite Company Shareholder Approval means the adoption of this Agreement by a vote of the minimum number of shares of Company Common Stock required pursuant to the NMBCA and Company's articles of incorporation and bylaws to approve this Agreement and the Merger that are entitled to vote thereon at the Company Meeting.
Requisite Company Shareholder Approval means the approval of the respective shareholders of each of the Company and Dooboo necessary to approve the Transactions under their respective Governing Documents and applicable Law.

As promptly as practicable following the execution and delivery of the Written Consent by the Key Company Shareholders to the Company, the Company shall deliver to LOKB a copy of such Written Consent in accordance with Section 11.01.
