Requirements Description definition

Requirements Description means the description of the Customer’s requirements for or in relation to services to be provided by the Supplier from the Actual Service Transfer Date and all the other terms and conditions of this Call-Off Contract (including all the Schedules) as set out in the Requirements Description Schedules;

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Part 2 means Part 2 of the withdrawal agreement or (as the case may be) Part 2 of the EEA EFTA separation agreement, so far as the Part in question applies to and in the United Kingdom;

  • Data Sheet means an integral part of the Instructions to Consultants (ITC) Section2thatisusedtoreflect specific assignment conditions to supplement, but not to over-write, the provisions of the ITC.

  • Design requirements means the written description of the infrastructure facility to be procured pursuant to this article, including:

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.
