Required Investment definition

Required Investment. The Executive shall, at the Effective Date, contribute/exchange his existing shares and/or invest cash in Moon Sub as set forth on Exhibit A and further described in the Management Equity Investment and Incentive Compensation Program attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Incentive Program”).
Required Investment has the meaning specified in Section 7(a).

  • Qualified Investments means any and all securities, obligations or accounts in which municipalities may invest their funds under applicable Maine law.
