Required Contribution Amount definition

Required Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of the Capital Contributions determined to be necessary by the Managing Member with respect to a Required Contribution.
Required Contribution Amount means for the Fund on the date of any Contribution Event: (i) if the Fund’s NAV Deviation, after giving effect to any Contribution Events and all payments received by the Fund in respect of the Eligible Notes, exceeds the Permissible NAV Deviation, a Capital Contribution in an amount sufficient to reduce the Fund’s NAV Deviation to such Permissible NAV Deviation after giving effect to such Capital Contribution, or (ii), in any other event, zero. The Required Contribution Amount is intended to enable the Fund to maintain its net asset value per share at no less than the Minimum Permissible NAV.
Required Contribution Amount means for the Fund, on the date of any Contribution Event, the Loss with respect to the Covered Investment giving rise to the Contribution Event. The Required Contribution Amount is intended to enable the Fund to recover any Loss arising out of the Contribution Event with respect to the Covered Investment. The net asset value for purposes of calculating the Required Contribution Amount shall exclude any account receivable or other asset representing the Support Provider’s obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Required Contribution Amount

  • Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

  • Cash Flow Distribution Amount As to any calendar month, the aggregate amount of principal distributable in respect of the Mortgage Securities in such calendar month.
