Required Configuration definition

Required Configuration means, in respect of the Network (and each of its components), a fiber optic telecommunications network containing four identical subducts generally buried in the ground into which necessary access along the route of the Network for each Owner will be obtained through separate manholes for each of the separate subducts. Required Configuration means the guidelines published by MOBETIZE, or as otherwise determined by MOBETIZE and communicated to Licensee, which specify the acceptable configuration of computer hardware, software, and related technologies needed to operate and support the Products.
