Required Closing Date Approvals definition

Required Closing Date Approvals means the authorization and/or approval of the Texas Department of Insurance of the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by Company and the approval of the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by the Board of Directors of Company and Reinsurer.
