Requesting Investors definition

Requesting Investors means, with respect to any Demand Registration, the Required REI Stockholders that have requested such Demand Registration in accordance with Section 1.1.

More Definitions of Requesting Investors

Requesting Investors means the respective Holders under and as defined in this Agreement that are then requesting the inclusion of their securities of FlashNet in a registration and underwriting subject to Section 7.4 hereof.
