Examples of Request for Disclosure in a sentence

  • In the event the City receives a request for disclosure of Confidential Information which the Company has specifically marked "Confidential" or "Proprietary" the City shall give the Company written notice of such request (the "Notice of Request for Disclosure").

  • In the event the Company has a reasonable basis for contending that the disclosure of such Confidential Information is not required by the Act, the Company shall within ten (10) days after receipt of the Notice of Request for Disclosure notify the City in writing of its objection to disclosure and the basis therefor.
