Reproduction Licence definition

Reproduction Licence means the licence referred to in clauses 2.1(a) and (b).

Examples of Reproduction Licence in a sentence

  • The Collective Worship Music Reproduction Licence (CWMRL) is supplementary to the CWCL.

  • The Reproduction Licence only applies to the use of any Commercial Work in relation to any Promotion where such Promotion is a Programme Trailer.

  • Notwithstanding any other terms or conditions of this Agreement, in order to qualify as Programme Material to which the Reproduction Licence applies, all the criteria referred to in clauses 4.2 to 4.4 must be fulfilled.

  • Anyone found taking fish from any water for any reason in England, Scotland and Wales without the owners or licenced operators’ permission is a criminal offence.

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
