Reprisal means the retaliation of an employer toward a grievant, witness, representative or any other participant in the grievance procedure either for an alleged injury itself or any lawful attempt to redress it.
Reprimand means written censure for specified college regulatory violations.
Sexual excitement means the condition of human male or female genitals when in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal.

Cadre means the strength of a service or a part of a service sanctioned as a separate unit.

Abuse or neglect means abuse or neglect as described in Conn. Gen. Stat. § 46b-120, and includes any violation of Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 53a-70 (sexual assault in the first degree), 53a-70a (aggravated sexual assault in the first degree), 53a-71 (sexual assault in the second degree), 53a-72a (sexual assault in the third degree), 53a-72b (sexual assault in the third degree with a firearm), or 53a-73a (sexual assault in the fourth degree).
Organisation means a legal body which exists separately and distinctly from its members and includes companies, building societies, community benefit societies, local authorities and so on and also for the purposes of these Rules includes unincorporated organisations such as social clubs, branches of political parties or trade unions and other voluntary bodies.
Bait means any salt, mineral, grain, or other feed. Salt or mineral blocks used for normal agricultural practices are not considered bait.
Interrelated Wrongful Acts means Wrongful Acts that have as a common nexus any fact, circumstance, situation, event, transaction, cause or series of causally connected facts, circumstances, situations, events, transactions or causes.
Child abuse or neglect means the injury, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, or negligent treatment or maltreatment of a child by any person under circumstances which indicate that the child's health, welfare, and safety is harmed thereby. An abused child is a child who has been subjected to child abuse or neglect as defined herein: Provided, that this subsection shall not be construed to authorize interference with child-raising practices, including reasonable parental discipline, which are not proved to be injurious to the child's health, welfare, and safety: And provided further, That nothing in this section shall be used to prohibit the reasonable use of corporal punishment as a means of discipline. No parent or guardian shall be deemed abusive or neglectful solely by reason of the parent's or child's blindness, deafness, developmental disability or other handicap. RCW 26.44.020
Serious means violations that either result in one or more neg- ative outcomes and significant actual harm to residents that does not constitute imminent danger, or there is a reasonable predictability of recurring actions, practices, situations, or incidents with potential for causing significant harm to a resident, or both.

Disciplinary Committee means any person or committee of persons, or any subcommittee thereof, that is author- ized by a self-regulatory organization to issue disciplinary charges, to con- duct disciplinary proceedings, to settle disciplinary charges, to impose dis- ciplinary sanctions or to hear appeals thereof.
