Representative sample means a sample of a universe or whole (e.g., waste pile, lagoon, ground water) which can be expected to exhibit the average properties of the universe or whole.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Representative Shares shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Notice in writing or written notice means a notice in writing, typed or printed matters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise proved to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received in the ordinary course of post, it would have been delivered.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

At any hearing held pursuant to such notice, at the time and place designated in such notice, adjournment may be made from time to time without the necessity of renewing such notice for such adjourned dates.
representative of a Party means an employee or any person appointed by a government department or agency, or any other public entity of a Party who represents the Party for the purposes of a dispute under this Agreement.
Repurchase Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.6(a).
Initial Additional Authorized Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Requisite Notice means a notice delivered in accordance with Section 10.02.
