REPRESENTATIVE  Client definition

REPRESENTATIVE  Client means a person or persons that may be assigned by the Client to act on their behalf in relation to the Claim within the meaning of clause 17 of this Agreement.
REPRESENTATIVE  Client means any companies, business entities, individuals as well as national, state or local governments, municipalities, and/or agencies or sub-divisions thereof including state-owned utilities and/or subsidiaries or affiliates thereof referred by REPRESENTATIVE to POLYBRITE; and

  • Any agreement by the Representative Client to novate this Agreement is to be taken as Agreement from the Client unless the Client objects to the novation in writing within 7 days of the Client being given written notice of such novation.

  • The Client irrevocably authorises the Representative Client to act on behalf of the Client in relation to clause 17.1, including, but not limited to, the entry into a deed of novation.

  • Novation This Agreement may be novated by agreement between Adero and the Representative Client.
