Reports by the Trustee. (a) If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee, within sixty (60) days after each May 1, shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of such May 1, which complies with Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Trustee. (a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Securities are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Securityholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Security Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. If required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, the Trustee shall, within sixty (60) days after each May 15th following the date of the initial issuance of Securities under this Indenture deliver to Holders a brief report, dated as of such May 15th, which complies with the provisions of such Section 313(a).
Reports by the Trustee. Within 60 days after May 15 of each year commencing May 15, 19__, the Trustee shall provide to the Holders of the Preferred Securities such reports as are required by Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act, if any, in the form and in the manner provided by Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act. The Trustee shall also comply with the other requirements of Section 313 of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Trustee. (a) Any Trustee’s report required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act shall be transmitted on or before July 15 in each year following the date hereof, so long as any Securities are outstanding hereunder, and shall be dated as of a date convenient to the Trustee no more than 60 nor less than 45 days prior thereto.
Reports by the Trustee. Any Trustee's report required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 shall be transmitted on or before January 15 in each year beginning January 15, 2000, as provided in Section 313(c) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, so long as any Securities are Outstanding hereunder, and shall be dated as of a date convenient to the Trustee no more than 60 days prior thereto.

(a) On or before July 15 in each year in which any of the Debentures are Outstanding, the Trustee shall transmit by mail, first class postage prepaid, to the Debentureholders, as their names and addresses appear upon the Debenture Register, a brief report dated as of the preceding May 15, if and to the extent required under Section 313(a) of the Trust Indenture Act.
Reports by the Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 at the times and in the manner provided pursuant thereto. To the extent that any such report is required by the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 with respect to any 12 month period, such report shall cover the 12 month period ending July 15 and shall be transmitted by the next succeeding September 15.
Reports by the Trustee. (a) The Trustee shall transmit to Holders and other persons such reports concerning the Trustee and its actions under this Indenture as may be required pursuant to the TIA on or before July 15 in each year that such report is required, such reports to be dated as of the immediately preceding May 15.
