Reporting Claims means those claims of any and every character and nature whatsoever, asserted or unasserted, suspected or unsuspected, contingent or fixed, liquidated or unliquidated, whether arising under statutory law or common law, at law or in equity arising from Burlington’s alleged failure to properly report Royalties as required either in Wyo.
