Open Tenders means the tenders invited in open and public manner and with adequate notice.
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.
Request for Tender (RFT means the document(s) containing or referring to the Conditions of Tendering and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Northern Territory Procurement Code, Scope of Services, Response Schedules, Drawings or Diagrams (if any) and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting tenders for the Services.
Section 404 Report means management’s report on “internal control over financial reporting” as defined by the SEC and the related attestation report of the independent certified public accountant as described in Section 3(A)(1).
Benchmarking Report means the report produced by the Supplier following the Benchmark Review and as further described in this Framework Schedule 7;
Legal tender means a medium of exchange, including specie, that is authorized by the United States Constitution or Congress for the payment of debts, public charges, taxes and dues.
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Accountants’ Report means the report of a firm of nationally recognized Independent Accountants described in Section 4.11.
Annual Accountant’s Report is defined in Section 3.04(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
open tendering means a procurement method whereby all interested suppliers may submit a tender;
Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.
Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.
self-assessment ’ means a determination of the amount of tax payable under a tax Act by a taxpayer and—
e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.
Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Acceptable Tender means any Tender which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of Tender and specifications as set out in the Tender document, including conditions as specified in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Supply Chain Management of Council.
First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.
