Repo Agreement definition

Repo Agreement means any of the following: repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, sell buy backs and buy sell backs agreements, securities lending and borrowing agreements and any other agreement or transaction similar to those referred to above in this definition.
Repo Agreement means an agreement, which satisfies the Agreed Criteria, between the Issuer and a counterparty pursuant to which the Issuer has the option to require such counterparty to purchase from the Issuer specific amounts of particular Debt Securities in return for an obligation on the part of the Issuer to repurchase such Debt Securities at a future date for an agreed price;
Repo Agreement means that certain Master Repurchase Agreement, as supplemented by Annex I and the other Annexes thereto, each dated as of the Issue Date and between the Company, as seller, and the Repo Purchaser, as buyer, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, renewed, refinanced, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Collateral, including that obtained under a Repo Agreement or stock lending arrangement and save as may be otherwise set out in the Supplement for the relevant Sub-Fund shall be cash, high quality government bonds and equities to the extent deemed necessary by the Investment Manager provided however that such collateral must comply with the requirement of the Central Bank.

  • Margin Maintenance under the Repo Agreement Under the Repo Agreement, the Repo Counterparty will determine any net exposure (the “Net Exposure”) of the Issuer or the Repo Counterparty on a weekly basis.

Repo Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 16(a) hereof.
