Replacement Credit Agreement definition

Replacement Credit Agreement means any loan agreement, indenture or other agreement that (i) Refinances the Credit Agreement in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof so long as, after giving effect to such Refinancing, the agreement that was the Credit Agreement immediately prior to such Refinancing is no longer secured, and no longer required to be secured, by any of the Collateral and (ii) becomes the Credit Agreement hereunder by designation as such pursuant to Section 5.14.
Replacement Credit Agreement means any credit agreement or similar facility entered into by Avis Budget Holdings, LLC, ABCR and/or any affiliate of either entity, that refinances or replaces the Credit Agreement, as such Replacement Credit Agreement may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Replacement Credit Agreement means any credit agreement that replaces the Credit Agreement upon refinancing of the debt described in the Credit Agreement (or any Replacement Credit Agreement) and that contains an Interest Coverage Ratio covenant and a Leverage Ratio covenant.

Replacement Credit Agreement means any credit agreement, loan agreement or other agreement or instrument evidencing or governing the terms of any senior secured credit facility that has been incurred to Refinance the Credit Agreement Obligations, which agreement has been designated in writing by the administrative agent under such Replacement Credit Agreement to the Administrative Agent and each Authorized Representative as the “Credit Agreement” for the purpose of this Agreement.
