Repair Order definition

Repair Order means the form overleaf detailing the Works to be effected in respect of the Vehicle.
Repair Order means an invoice paid by a retail customer and closed as of the time of submission, encompassing one or more repairs to or other work on a vehicle, and reflecting, in the case of a prevailing retail parts markup submission, the cost of each part and its sale price and, in the case of a prevailing retail labor rate submission, the labor hours allocated to each job and the sale price of the labor. The invoice may be submitted in electronic form.

Examples of Repair Order in a sentence

  • If Buyer solicits services without issuing a Repair Order and without a prior Company Repair Quote for the same service, then Buyer accepts that these Terms and Conditions apply to the transaction and supersede any conflicting terms and conditions.

  • If Buyer submits a Repair Order, then by submitting the Repair Order to Company, Buyer accepts that these Terms and Conditions apply to the Repair Order and supersede any conflicting terms and conditions.

  • If Buyer does not provide a Repair Order to Company, or if Buyer’s Repair Order is unacceptable to Company for any reason (including but not limited to situations where inspection reveals that the Repair Order is incorrect or inappropriate), then Company may provide to Buyer a Company Repair Quote, which is an offer subject to the terms and conditions stated.

  • Company shall ship to the address specified in the Purchase Order or Repair Order; if no address is specified, or if the address is ambiguous, the Company shall ship to Buyer at any reasonable address associated with Buyer.

  • If Buyer provides a Repair Order to Company, then this is an offer by Buyer to Company, which Company may accept by performing the services requested on the Repair Order.


More Definitions of Repair Order

Repair Order means a purchase order issued by Company to Supplier authorizing Supplier to perform the repair of Products.
