Repair and Return definition

Repair and Return means repair of a faulty Unit, which is defined as Category 2 and Category 3, and reshipment to Purchaser.

Examples of Repair and Return in a sentence

  • All Equipment to be repaired or replaced, whether in or out of warranty, shall be packed by Customer in accordance with Triton Network Systems's reasonable instructions and shall follow Triton Network Systems's Repair and Return policy and procedures.

  • RMA Repair and Return — HITEL will use reasonable efforts to ship repaired parts to the Distributor within thirty (30) days of receipt of the defective part.

  • All parts returned to HITEL pursuant to this RMA statement will be treated as RMA Repair and Return, except for cases of RMA Special Approval and RMA DOA as defined herein.

  • When DOA parts are received after thirty (30) days of the RMA Authorization date, or if the wrong parts are returned to HITEL, the RMA request will be treated as an RMA Repair and Return following contact and confirmation with Distributor.

  • All RMA Repair and Return will be considered as either in-warranty or out-of-warranty.

  • RMA DOA parts not returned to HITEL within thirty (30) days of the issue date of the RMA number for the part(s) in question, will be treated as RMA Repair and Return following contact and confirmation with the Distributor.

  • Fees applicable for the Basic and Extended Care Service and Advance Repair and Return are either included in the purchase price or priced as percentage of the purchase price of each NE specified in Schedules 5A, 5B and 5C (and includes both the hardware and software components of each NE) on a per annum basis.

  • These upgrades shall be performed in accordance with the Repair and Return process set out in SCHEDULE C.

  • Vendor undertakes that this shall be equivalent to the uptime of the Product required for providing service level of [***] of Broadband Access Reliance Network as long as Reliance complies with the purchase of recommended level of spares, O & M procedure prescribed in the Documentation Chapter, service restoration as advised in writing by Vendor from time to time and procedure of Repair and Return as specified hereunder.

  • Reliance shall place the Purchase Order for Repair and Return Service on the Vendor.
