Reorganisation Documents definition

Reorganisation Documents means those documents disclosed to the Buyer in relation to the reorganisation of the Seller's Group which took place as at 31 March 2002;
Reorganisation Documents each of the reorganisation agreements in the Agreed Form and the Intra-Group Business Transfer Agreement executed on 1 October 1999 between BRTH and RTL in relation to Fieldforce and the Intra-Group Business Transfer Agreement executed on 1 October -44- 1999 between BRTH and RTL in relation to Translink
Reorganisation Documents means any document reasonably requested by the Bond Trustee as evidence for the due and valid completion of the Reorganisation, including third party consents.

More Definitions of Reorganisation Documents

Reorganisation Documents means the Master Transfer Agreement and any documents referred to or contemplated in the Master Transfer Agreement;
