REO Property File means (i) the original REO Deed with evidence of recording of any deed evidencing the ownership of the related REO Property by the REO Subsidiary and (ii) the original or a copy of title insurance policy for the REO Property, an ALTA lender’s title insurance policy or a title commitment.

Examples of REO Property File in a sentence

  • The applicable REO Property File contains an Appraisal or a BPO of the related REO Property, and the Appraisal or BPO, as applicable, and appraiser or real estate agent or broker, as applicable, both satisfy the requirements of FIRREA.

  • It is understood and agreed that the representations and warranties set forth in Exhibit B-1 or B-2 to this Agreement, as applicable, with respect to the Mortgage Loans and REO Property, as applicable, shall survive delivery of the respective Mortgage Loan Files to the Purchaser or Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans or of the respective REO Property File with respect to the REO Property and shall inure to the benefit of Purchaser.

  • Mortgage File The mortgage documents listed in Section 2.01 pertaining to a particular Mortgage Loan and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Servicing File With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Company consisting of originals of all documents in the Mortgage File which are not delivered to the Custodian and copies of the Mortgage Loan Documents listed in the Custodial Agreement the originals of which are delivered to the Custodian pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Retained Mortgage Loan File A file for each Mortgage Loan maintained by the Servicer prior to any Document Transfer Date and by the Custodian after any Document Transfer Date that contains the documents specified in Section 2.01(b) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and any additional documents required to be added to the Retained Mortgage Loan File pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

  • CMSA Loan Periodic Update File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Loan Periodic Update File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Mortgage Loan File As defined in Section 2.1(b) and any additional documents required to be added to the Mortgage Loan File pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Balloon Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that provides for the payment of the unamortized principal balance of such Mortgage Loan in a single payment at the maturity of such Mortgage Loan that is substantially greater than the preceding monthly payment.
