Rented Vehicle definition

Rented Vehicle means a land motor vehicle which the Insured has rented for the period of time shown in the Rental Car Agreement.

  • CAR RENTAL COLLISION COVERAGE If, while on a Trip, an Insured’s Rented Vehicle is damaged while on a Trip due to collision, vandalism, theft, windstorm, fire, hail or flood, while in his/her possession, the Company will pay the lesser of:(a) the cost of repairs and rental charges imposed by the rental company while the vehicle is being repaired; or(b) the Actual Cash Value of the vehicle.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Leased Vehicle means a new or used Nissan or Infiniti automobile, sport utility vehicle, minivan or light-duty truck, together with all accessories, parts and additions constituting a part thereof, and all accessions thereto, leased to a Lessee pursuant to a Lease.

A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.
