Rental Policy Statement definition

Rental Policy Statement means the statement on public rental housing policy as adopted by the PRB Board on June 26, 1989; and
Rental Policy Statement. The Rental Facilities within the City of Marysville Parks, Culture and Recreation system are provided for public use(s). The Parks, Culture and Recreation Advisory Board has mandated that all facilities be self-supporting. In order to maintain the facilities the following fees and policies have been passed and must be adhered to. Rentals will be on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of one-year advance reservations. No City facility may be rented by the same individual, group or entity or individual who is a member of such group or entity more than twelve (12) times in any calendar year.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
