Rental Vehicle means any single automobile owned and operated by a car rental company or agency that is hired under a short term contract UNLESS it is:
Incremental Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient’s implementing agencies on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, advertising, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance costs, travel and supervision costs, and salaries of supporting staff, but excluding salaries of officials of the Recipient’s civil service.
Qualified building means a building built at least 30 years before the date of application, located within a designated downtown or, village center, or neighborhood development area, which, upon completion of the project supported by the tax credit, will be an income-producing building not used solely as a single-family residence. Churches and other buildings owned by religious organization may be qualified buildings, but in no event shall tax credits be used for religious worship.
Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours. Child-occupied facilities may include, but are not limited to, day-care centers, preschools and kindergarten classrooms.
Leash means a leash, cord, chain, or other comparable material which must be of a gauge suitable for controlling said dog and shall not be longer than six feet.
Loan Property means any property in which the applicable party (or a subsidiary of it) holds a security interest and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.
Elevated Building means a non-basement building which has its lowest elevated floor raised above ground level by foundation walls, shear walls, posts, piers, pilings, or columns.

Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.
Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an
Sanitary landfill means an engineered land burial facility for the disposal of household waste which is so located, designed, constructed and operated to contain and isolate the waste so that it does not pose a substantial present or potential hazard to human health or the environment. A sanitary landfill also may receive other types of solid wastes, such as commercial solid waste, nonhazardous sludge, hazardous waste from conditionally exempt small quantity generators, construction demolition debris, and nonhazardous industrial solid waste.
Tank vehicle means a commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or gaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated capacity of more than one hundred nineteen gallons and an aggregate rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.
Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.
Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.
Sanitary Sewer Overflow or “SSO” means any overflow, spill, release, discharge or diversion of untreated or partially treated wastewater from the sanitary sewer system. SSOs include:
Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;
residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).
Restaurant means a business location:
Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.
Rate Center Area means the following in each applicable area:
Rental Equipment means tangible personal property sold, rented, leased, or licensed to customers to the extent that the item is actually used by the customer for rental, lease, or license to others; provided that:
Bedroom means a habitable room larger than seven square metres, including a den, study, or other similar area, but does not include a living room, dining room or kitchen;
Heavy Vehicle has the meaning given to it in the HNVL.
movement area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, consisting of the manoeuvring area and the apron(s);
Special fuel means fuel oils and all combustible gases and liquids suitable for the generation of power for propulsion of motor vehicles or turbine-powered aircraft, and includes any substance used for that purpose, except that it does not include motor fuel. Kerosene shall not be considered to be a special fuel, unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine. Methanol shall not be considered to be a special fuel unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine.
Occupancy Rate means, for any Property, the percentage of the net rentable area (determined on a square feet basis) of such Property leased by bona fide tenants of such Property (excluding tenants that have vacated the Property on a permanent basis and have not sublet same to a bona fide subtenant) pursuant to bona fide tenant leases (or subleases), in each case, which tenants (or subtenants) are not more than sixty days past due in the payment of all rent payments due under such leases (or subleases).
