Rental Order definition

Rental Order means any agreement pursuant to which and/or order upon which the Lessor rents Equipment to the Hirer;
Rental Order means the Purchase Order form, these General Terms and Conditions as may be amended by the Special Conditions attached to the Rental Order form, and any other attachments forming part of this Rental Order. “Supplier” means the person, firm or company named in this Rental Order.
Rental Order or “Order”: The items, equipment and services listed on the Invoice. "Items" or "Equipment": Any items rented or provided to the Renter or Renters Agent by Big Blue Sky for use during the Rental Period. This includes but is not limited to tables, chairs, bounce houses, canopies and tents.

More Definitions of Rental Order

Rental Order means an order placed by Buyer to SJI for the rental of one or more SJI Parts. Rental Order shall be binding only upon acceptance by SJI.

  • Governmental Order means any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, stipulation, determination or award entered by or with any Governmental Authority.

  • Special order means an order imposing an administrative sanction issued to any party licensed pursuant to this title by the Commissioner that has a stated duration of not more than 12 months. A special order shall be considered a case decision as defined in § 2.2-4001.

  • Individual Orders means Customer (or Customer entity) orders for Eligible Services from SAP, where the Customer (or Customer entity) has provided SAP with the identification number of the PlusPackage (CDA number) and intends for the order to be counted in the calculation of the Commitment Value.

  • FCC Order means Federal Communications Commission Order 94-102 (61 Federal Register 40348)

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;
