Rental interruption definition
Rental interruption insurance to cover loss, total or partial, of the use of any part of the Facilities as a result of any of the hazards covered by the insurance required pursuant to the risks enumerated in subparagraph a above in an amount sufficient at all times to pay the Base Consideration and Authority and Bond Trustee fees payable by the Department under this Agreement for a period of at least two (2) years;
Examples of Rental interruption in a sentence
Rental interruption insurance shall name the JEPA as the insured and the Trustee as loss payee as their interests appear.
Rental interruption insurance in the amount equal to six (6) month’s rent.
Rental interruption insurance with a limit of liability representing loss of at least six (6) months of rental income.
Rental interruption insurance for the Premises shall be procured if available.
