Rental Commencement Date definition

Rental Commencement Date. The earlier of (x) the date which is thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion (as defined in Paragraph 1(i) of Exhibit "D" attached hereto) or (y) the date upon which Tenant takes ----------- possession and occupies any portion of the Demised Premises for business purposes. Occupancy of the Demised Premises for the purpose of installing voice/data communications, furniture and fixtures shall not be deemed occupancy for business purposes.
