Rental Accommodation means a Unit that is, at the sole discretion of the Unit Purchaser, who owns such Unit, made available for rent to a Tenant for residential use;
Rental Accommodation means a residential premises subject to a tenancy agreement;
Rental Accommodation means a Unit that is either a Market Rental Housing Unit or an Affordable Housing Unit;
