Rentable Space Percentage definition

Rentable Space Percentage means (1) in the event the Net Proceeds are Insurance Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to ninety percent (90%) and (2) in the event the Net Proceeds are Condemnation Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to ninety percent (90%);
Rentable Space Percentage means (x) in the event the Net Proceeds are Insurance Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to fifty percent (50%) and (y) in the event the Net Proceeds are Condemnation Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to fifty percent (50%);
Rentable Space Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.4(a) (B)(iii).

Rentable Space Percentage means a percentage amount equal to sixty-five percent (65%);
Rentable Space Percentage means (1) in the event the Net Proceeds are Insurance Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) and (2) in the event the Net Proceeds are Condemnation Proceeds, a percentage amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) which Rentable Space Percentage shall, in each case, include each of the Required Leases. The "Required Leases" shall mean, collectively, the Master Lease and the Leases with Xxxxx Fargo Bank, Xxxxx Fargo Corporate Services, and Holme Xxxxxxx & Xxxx LLP, or any replacement Lease executed and delivered in accordance with the terms and provisions of Section 5.10 hereof with respect to the space demised to any of the foregoing tenants, provided such replacement Lease is a Material Lease;
