Rentable Area of the Leased Premises definition

Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means the area expressed in square feet of all floors of the Leased Premises measured from:
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means the rentable area of the Leased Premises determined in accordance with BOMA 1996 standards of measurement for office buildings.
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means the area determined by the Landlord's architect or land surveyor according to the method specified for calculation of "Useable Area" of office buildings by the Building Owners and Managers Association International, for single tenant buildings, in effect as at the date of execution of this Lease. For greater certainty this shall include without limitation all hallways, walkways, lobbies, elevators, service areas and stairways and has been determined as 17,519 square feet for the basement and 80,058 square feet for the main through fifth floors;

More Definitions of Rentable Area of the Leased Premises

Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means the aggregate of the rentable area of the Leased Premises, expressed in square feet, as certified by the Architect (whose certificate shall be final and binding) and measured in accordance with BOMA (ANSI Z65. 1.1996) standards of measurement, and the Tenant’s Proportionate Share of interior Common Areas and Facilities of the Building;
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means an area with reference to the Leased Premises expressed in square feet being the Usable Area of the Leased Premises plus the Tenant’s share of common areas. This amount has been agreed by the parties to be 5,365 square feet, neither more nor less.
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises on a single tenancy floor shall equal the Usable Area of the Leased Premises. "Rentable Area of the Leased Premises" on a multiple tenancy floor shall equal the product of the Usable Area of such floor, as if it were leased as a single tenancy floor, multiplied by a fraction whose numerator is the Usable Area of the Leased Premises and whose denominator is the Usable Area of all premises intended for leasing on such floor (excluding any Storage Space).
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises shall be determined in accordance with Schedule "3";
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises means the area expressed in square feet set out in Section 1.01 and determined in accordance with the method of floor measurement set forth in Schedule "D".
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises shall, for all purposes of this Lease, be deemed to be the square footage of the Building as determined by Landlord’s architect utilizing the now current BOMA standard for a single tenant building in use in the Columbia, Maryland area, which square footage shall be determined by the Rent Commencement Date.
Rentable Area of the Leased Premises has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 1A.
