Rent Increase Date definition

Rent Increase Date means January 1, 2010.
Rent Increase Date means any of 10/01/05, 10/01/10, 10/01/15, 10/01/20, 10/01/25, and/or 10/01/35 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Such fixed rent (hereinafter sometimes called the "Net Rent") shall be paid in equal monthly installments each in advance on the first day of each and every calendar month hereafter during the term of this Lease, without any abatement, deduction or set-off for any reason whatsoever, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.
Rent Increase Date shall be the date occurring in the 5th month after the month in which the Possession Date occurs that is the same numerical date in the month as the Possession Date, provided that if no such same numerical date exists in such 5th month, it shall be the last day of such 5th month.

Examples of Rent Increase Date in a sentence

  • Should the Landlord elect to do so they will first serve written notice on the Tenant in accordance with these Tenancy Terms and Conditions of at least one calendar month prior to the Rent Increase Date (“the Rent Increase Notice”).

  • On each Percentage Rent Increase Date, except for Rent Review Date(s), the Rent will be increased by the Percentage Rent Increase Amount and the Sublessee must pay the increased Rent to the Sublessor irrespective of whether the Sublessor has notified the Sublessee of the increased Rent amount.

  • On the Ten Year Base Rent Increase Date, the Base Rent shall be recalculated as set forth in Paragraph 18.3(c) herein.

  • On any Rent Increase Date after the first Rent Increase Date following 31st March 2009 the Landlord may increase the Rent in accordance with Section 13 of the Housing Xxx 0000 as it applies from time to time.

  • All such rent increases will take effect on each Annual Rent Increase Date, unless provided otherwise in this Agreement.

  • The Landlord may increase the Rent on or at any time after the 1st April in each year (“The Rent Increase Date”) by giving you not less than one month’s prior written notice of the increased rent in accordance with the following: On the first Rent Increase Date after 31st March 2009 the Rent shall be increased by no more than a percentage equivalent to the published increase in the Retail Price Index (“RPI”) plus one per cent (or such lesser sum as the Landlord may decide as appropriate).

  • If a Percentage Rent Increase Date is specified in Item 10, the Rent on the Percentage Rent Increase Date is increased by the percentage specified in Item 10.

  • The Landlord can increase the Rent every twelve months on the anniversary of the date on which the Tenancy began ("the Rent Increase Date").

  • The first rent increase provision at issue is paragraph 4.2, which provides for annual rent increases as follows: "Resident's rent will increase on each anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date as referred to in the Abstract, (referred to in this Agreementas the "Annual Rent Increase Date") by the Consumer Price Index formulas, as referred to in the Abstract and as explained below, plus any amounts of Cost or Expense as set forth in paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • Tenant shall pay the Tenant Electric for the balance of the Premises from the Rent Increase Date.

Related to Rent Increase Date

  • Commitment Increase Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(e).

  • Increase Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

  • Commitment Increase Supplement as defined in subsection 2.20(c).

  • Term Loan Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Revolving Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).

  • Commitment Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

  • Commitment Increase Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.19.

  • Facility Increase has the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a).

  • First Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted 20 months prior to the start of the Delivery Year to which it relates.

  • Commitment Increase Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20.

  • Scan increment means the amount of relative displacement of the patient with respect to the CT x-ray system between successive scans measured along the direction of such displacement.

  • Incremental Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Second Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted ten months before the Delivery Year to which it relates.

  • Fixed Incremental Amount means (i) the greater of $920,000,000 and 100% of Consolidated EBITDA as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period minus (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Incremental Facilities, Incremental Equivalent Debt and/or Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(r)(ii)(A), in each case incurred or issued in reliance on this definition.

  • Incremental Facility Closing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d).

  • CPI Increase means the percentage increase (but not decrease) in (i) the CPI published for the beginning of each Lease Year, over (ii) the CPI published for the beginning of the immediately preceding Lease Year.

  • Leverage Increase Period has the meaning specified in Section 7.11(a).

  • Revolving Commitment Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).

  • Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

  • Incremental Facility Amendment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20(f).

  • Increased Facility Closing Date any Business Day designated as such in an Increased Facility Activation Notice.

  • Incremental Term Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Maximum Incremental Facilities Amount means, at any date of determination, (a) the sum of (i) $500,000,000, plus (ii) an amount such that the Borrower is in Pro Forma Compliance with the Senior Secured Leverage Test (for the avoidance of doubt without netting any cash from the proceeds of any Indebtedness being incurred in reliance on such test and, if applicable, assuming the full amount of any New Revolving Credit Commitments are drawn), plus (iii) amounts used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to refinance or replace Revolving Credit Commitments and/or Term Loans (including any fees, accrued interest or other amounts owing in respect thereof), plus (iv) from and after the 2012 Extension Effective Date, the aggregate principal amount of 2014 Term Loans outstanding as of such date of determination, provided that such additional amounts pursuant to this clause (iv) are only available to the extent such amounts are used to incur Indebtedness the Net Cash Proceeds of which are substantially concurrently used to prepay 2014 Term Loans in accordance with Section 5.1 of this Agreement (such prepaid 2014 Term Loans, “Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans”) plus (v) the Dollar Equivalent principal amount of Term Loans (other than New Term Loans, Incremental Facility Prepaid 2014 Term Loans or Term Loans refinanced or replaced pursuant to clause (iii) above) voluntarily prepaid pursuant to Section 5.1 prior to such date, plus (vi) the amount of all Revolving Credit Commitments that have either been permanently reduced pursuant to Section 4.2 or have otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement after the 2012 Extension Effective Date (without duplication of the amounts incurred pursuant to clause (iii) above) minus (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of New Loan Commitments incurred pursuant to Section 2.14(a) prior to such date and (ii) the aggregate principal amount of Permitted Other Indebtedness issued or incurred pursuant to Section 10.1(bb)(i)(a) prior to such date.

  • Subordination Increase Amount As to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Subordination Deficiency and (ii) the Excess Interest.

  • Incremental Auction means any of several auctions conducted for a Delivery Year after the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year and before the first day of such Delivery Year, including the First Incremental Auction, Second Incremental Auction, Third Incremental Auction or Conditional Incremental Auction. Incremental Auctions (other than the Conditional Incremental Auction), shall be held for the purposes of:
