Rent Day definition

Rent Day means any of such days as the context requires

Rent Day means the 1st day of each month.

Rent Day means the Commencement Date and, for each subsequent month, the day in item 2.

Examples of Rent Day in a sentence

• If paragraph 3.2 of this Part of the Schedule applies: the Landlord must refund to the Tenant, as soon as reasonably practicable, a due proportion of any Rent and Service Charge paid in advance that relates to any period on or after the date of damage or destruction; and the Tenant must pay to the Landlord on demand the Rent and Service Charge for the period starting on the date they again become payable to (but excluding) the next Rent Day.

• Such late charges will be due and payable as additional rent on or before the next Rent Day.

• If paragraph 3.2 of this Part of the Schedule applies: the Landlord must refund to the Tenant, as soon as reasonably practicable, a due proportion of any Rent and Service Charge paid in advance that relates to any period on or after the date of damage or destruction; and the Tenant must pay to the Landlord on demand the Rent and Service Charge for the period starting on the date they again become payable to but excluding the next Rent Day.

• Tenant shall pay Landlord, as additional rent on each Rent Day, an amount set forth in Section 1.01(i).

• If Tenant accepts such increase or fails to reject such increase within the thirty (30) day period, then commencing with the next Rent Day following Landlord's notice, the amount of additional rent payable hereunder shall be increased accordingly.
