RENIEC definition
RENIEC means Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil, the Borrower’s public entity with full legal personality in charge of organizing and administering the Borrower’s single registry of identification of natural persons established pursuant to Borrower’s Law No. 26497 dated July 12, 1995 and published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette “El Peruano” on July 11, 1995.
