Renewal Works definition

Renewal Works means all of the work necessary to ensure that the Maintained Elements will comply with the Handback Requirements on the Expiration Date.
Renewal Works means the Maintenance Works or other works of renewal, reconstruction, repair or reinstatement required, as agreed or determined at any time in accordance with Clause 19 [Handback], to be carried out in order to procure that the Project Facilities will, on the Expiry Date, satisfy the Handback Requirements.
Renewal Works means the works of renewal, reconstruction, repair or reinstatement required, as agreed or determined at any time in accordance with Clause 55 (Handback), to be carried out in order to procure that the [Project Facility] will, on the Expiry Date, satisfy the Handback Requirements (other than the Operations).

Renewal Works means the rectification, refurbishment, maintenance and remediation works (if any) to be carried out to ensure that the Project Infrastructure complies with the Handback Requirements on the Transfer Date.
