Renewal Threshold definition

Renewal Threshold shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Paragraph 2.1 hereof.
Renewal Threshold means Sixty Million Dollars ($60,000,000.00) of Net Sales during the twelve (12) month period ended September 30, 2015 with respect to Renewal Term 1, and Seventy-Two Million Dollars ($72,000,000.00) of Net Sales during the twelve (12) month period ended September 30, 2020 with respect to Renewal Term 2.

Related to Renewal Threshold

In the case of an Employer that is not a corporation, “Five Percent Owner” shall mean any person who owns or under applicable regulations is considered as owning more than five percent of the capital or profits interest in the Employer. In determining percentage ownership hereunder, employers that would otherwise be aggregated under Code Sections 414(b), (c), and (m) shall be treated as separate employers.

  • Approved Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Approved Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold.
