Renewables and CHP Register definition
Renewables and CHP Register means the register administered by the Benefits Authority (from time to time), to record the holders of all issued ROCs, LECs and REGOs and for facilitating transfers of the same; Requests for Information means a request for Information relating to this Agreement or the electricity generated by the Facility or associated benefits or an apparent request for such Information under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, the FOIA or the EIR; ROC means a renewables obligation certificate issued by the Benefits Authority pursuant to the Renewables Obligation Order 2009 as evidence that electricity has been generated by a qualifying accredited renewable generator for the purposes of the Renewables Obligation Order 2009; Staff means, in respect of the Generator, the Third Party Offtaker or the Licensed Supplier, all persons employed by the Generator, the Third Party Offtaker or the Licensed Supplier (as applicable) to perform its obligations under this Agreement including the officers, employees, agents, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors of the Generator, the Third Party Offtaker or the Licensed Supplier (as applicable) or any of its Affiliates in each case used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
