Renewable Hydrocarbons definition

Renewable Hydrocarbons means: (i) Renewable Isooctane, (ii) Renewable ATJ, (iii) Renewable ATB and (iv) Renewable Isobutylene; all derived from Bio-based Isobutanol or ethanol and meeting the specifications set forth on Attachment B for each of the products referred to herein.
Renewable Hydrocarbons means: (i) Renewable Isooctane, (ii) Renewable ATJ, (iii) Renewable Gasoline and, (iv) solely with respect to Replacement Hydrocarbons, Sustainable Aviation Fuel; all meeting the Specifications. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to Renewable Hydrocarbons herein shall be deemed to include Replacement Hydrocarbons delivered by Gevo pursuant to Section 3.6 or Section 5.3(b), as applicable.
Renewable Hydrocarbons means sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, or renewable gasoline blend stocks produced from corn ethanol, the production of which utilizes the Axens Processes.

Examples of Renewable Hydrocarbons in a sentence

  • All gauging, sampling and testing of Renewable Hydrocarbons shall be performed in accordance with the latest methods of the API MPMS and the ASTM or other acceptable analytical testing methodology.

  • The actual volumes received and delivered shall be the measured volumes reported in Gallons; provided, however, the Parties recognize that volume correction factors and other measurement standards for bulk Renewable Hydrocarbons movements have yet to be fully developed or universally adopted.

  • In the event an error is determined that prejudiced Gevo, Kolmar shall pay Gevo the difference between the amounts paid for Renewable Hydrocarbons delivered during the period of time during which the meter(s) was inaccurate and the actual amounts that should have been paid for the volume of Renewable Hydrocarbons actually delivered.

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Total hydrocarbons (THC) means the sum of all volatile compounds measurable by a flame ionization detector (FID).

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Natural Gas or "Gas" shall mean natural gas, processed, unprocessed, vaporized liquid natural gas, synthetic gas, propane-air mixture or any mixture of these gases.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Ethanol means a high octane gasoline blend stock that is used to make various grades of gasoline.

  • Liquefied natural gas or “LNG” means natural gas that has been liquefied.

  • Other Minerals means sulphur, lignite, coal, uranium, thorium, iron, geothermal steam, water, carbon dioxide, helium and all other minerals, ores or substances of value whether or not generally produced from a wellbore in conjunction with the production of oil and gas.

  • Concentrate means the product of a process of extraction of metal or a metallic mineral from mineral ore that results in substantial enrichment of the metal or metallic mineral concerned;

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.

  • Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.
