Renewable Energy Contract Quantity definition

Renewable Energy Contract Quantity means the quantity of RECs to be delivered by Seller to Buyer hereunder, as set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Renewable Energy Contract Quantity in a sentence

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that, as of the Effective Date, the WREGIS Certificates associated with the Renewable Energy Contract Quantity for a month are not available for transfer to Buyer until approximately ninety (90) days after the end of such month.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
