Remonumentation definition

Remonumentation means all land surveying activities performed by a surveyor to perpetuate a previously monumented original public land survey corner, protracted public land survey corner, or property controlling corner as provided in this act.
Remonumentation means all land surveying activities performed by a surveyor to perpetuate a remonumentation corner pursuant to the act.
Remonumentation means all land surveying activities have been achieved and verified in order to perpetuate a previously monumented original Public Land Survey corner and protracted Public Land Survey Corner.

Examples of Remonumentation in a sentence

  • This Agreement requires that all survey work be performed under the guidance of the County Representative and in accordance with Public Act 345, of 1990 (known as the State Survey and Remonumentation Act) as amended, being Section 54.261 to 54.279 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Monumentation Plan.

  • The SURVEYOR may provide additional services upon request by the COUNTY related to the Survey and Remonumentation Act including but not limited to; preparation of State progress reports, grant application(s) and Plan amendments.
