Remittance Payments definition

Remittance Payments means all amounts in Qatari Riyals to be remitted via the Remittance Smartform pursuant to a Payment Instruction.

Examples of Remittance Payments in a sentence

  • Client agrees that Payplant may, at any time and for any reason, setoff any amounts that Client may owe to Payplant against any Client Remittance Payments that may then be due to Client.

  • Client’s forfeiture of the right to receive Client Remittance Payments is an agreed-upon penalty as a result of a Client Event of Default.

  • Client further agrees that Client’s shall forfeit any right to receive Client Remittance Payments so long as (i) any Client Event of Default exists under Section 29.1 of this Agreement., and (ii) any amount or contingent amount is owed by Client under this Agreement.

  • Except for Remittance Payments payable by Project Co pursuant to Section 4.5 [Remittance Payment Obligation Cumulative] of Schedule 13 [Performance and Payment Mechanism], Project Co may set off any other amounts owing by BC Hydro to Project Co under this Agreement against any payments due by Project Co to BC Hydro under this Agreement.

  • Sales Reports, Earned Revenue Reports and Revenue Remittance Payments will be generated and disbursed on the fifteenth day of each month.
