Door-to-Door Sales Banned in Downs During the Governor\u2019s State of Emergency Declaration in IL The Board of Trustees voted to uphold the Mayor\u2019s ban on door-to-door solicitation permits within the village limits of Downs during the Governor\u2019s State of Emergency in IL. Pickup will run from April through November (weather permitting). If the designated Monday pickup is not favorable, we will pick up on the next nice day following that Monday.
