REMIC Tax Administrator definition

REMIC Tax Administrator means MSMCH, or, following the Lead Securitization, the Certificate Administrator.

  • Tax Administrator means the individual charged with direct responsibility for administration of an income tax levied by a municipal corporation in accordance with this chapter, and also includes the following:

  • REMIC Administrator The Certificate Administrator or any REMIC administrator appointed pursuant to Section 10.04.

  • Non-Lead Certificate Administrator means the “certificate administrator” under any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).

  • REMIC III Certificateholder The Holder of any REMIC III Certificate.

  • Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • REMIC: A real estate mortgage investment conduit" as defined in Code Section 860D. "The REMIC" means the REMIC constituted by the Trust Estate.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.

  • Trust REMIC Each of the Lower-Tier REMIC and the Upper-Tier REMIC.

  • Zoning Administrator means the administrator of these rules who is appointed by the natural resources commission.

  • Class R Certificateholder The registered Holder of the Class R Certificate.

  • Certificate Administrator Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Certificate Administrator who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Certificate Administrator under this Agreement.

  • Beginning administrator means a building level or district level leader who has not completed three (3) years of experience as a building level or district level administrator.

  • Tax Matters Person Any person designated as "tax matters person" in accordance with Section 5.06 and the manner provided under Treasury Regulation ss. 1.860F-4(d) and Treasury Regulation ss. 301.6231(a)(7)-1.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee Rate 0.0031% per annum.

  • Class A-R Certificateholder The registered holder of the Class A-R Certificate.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • REMIC Opinion An Independent Opinion of Counsel, to the effect that the proposed action described therein would not, under the REMIC Provisions, (i) cause any REMIC created hereunder to fail to qualify as a REMIC while any regular interest in such REMIC is outstanding, (ii) result in a tax on prohibited transactions with respect to any REMIC created hereunder or (iii) constitute a taxable contribution to any REMIC created hereunder after the Startup Day.

  • Securities Administrator Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., or its successor in interest, or any successor securities administrator appointed as herein provided.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0055% per annum.

  • Certificate Administrator Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • REMIC Trust means a “real estate mortgage investment conduit” within the meaning of Section 860D of the Code that holds the Note.

  • Class A-1 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-1 Certificate.

  • Securities Administrator Fee With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the prior Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date).

  • Certificateholder means the Person in whose name the Certificate is registered.

  • Class A Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Class A Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.
