REMIC III Certificate. Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.

REMIC III Certificate means any Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-AB, Class A-3, Class A-1A, Class X-CL, Class X-CP, Class X-W, Class A-M, Class A-J, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class M, Class N, Class P, Class Q, Class S, Class T or Class R-III Certificate.

REMIC III Certificate means any Certificate, other than a Class R-I or Class R-II Certificate.
