REMIC Classes or “REMIC Certificates”: The Class 1-A-1, Class 2-A-1, Class 2-A-2, Class 2-A-3, Class 3-A-1, Class 3-A-2, Class 3-A-3, Class 4-A-1 and Class 4-A-2 Certificates, or the Certificates of each such Class, as the context may require, issued by the Underlying Trust in uncertificated form.

Examples of REMIC Classes in a sentence

  • Xxxxxx Xxx further intends to reissue hereunder Combinable Certificates in exchange for RCR Certificates, the aggregate of the beneficial interests of the Combinable Certificates issued on any such exchange being equivalent to the beneficial interests in the Related REMIC Classes evidenced by the RCR Certificates so exchanged.

  • For example, if a particular Recombination includes two REMIC Classes and one RCR Class whose original principal balances shown in the schedule reflect a 1:1:2 relationship, the same 1:1:2 relationship among the original principal balances of those REMIC and RCR Classes must be maintained in any exchange.

  • Each applicable Terms Supplement shall identify the related Guaranteed Maturity and Underlying REMIC Classes.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Corresponding Classes of Certificates With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest, any Class of Certificates appearing opposite such REMIC Regular Interest in Section 1.03 hereof.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).
