Examples of REMIC Classes in a sentence

  • Xxxxxx Xxx further intends to reissue hereunder Combinable Certificates in exchange for RCR Certificates, the aggregate of the beneficial interests of the Combinable Certificates issued on any such exchange being equivalent to the beneficial interests in the Related REMIC Classes evidenced by the RCR Certificates so exchanged.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates and the Class A-2c Certificates, collectively.
