Remediation Contract definition

Remediation Contract means any contract pursuant to which Obligor ----------------------- becomes a remedial response contractor at any Site at which Obligor uses the Equipment to perform remedial response activities.
Remediation Contract means that certain contract by and among JEA, FPL and a third- party to be chosen using a competitive bidding process, pursuant to which the third party contractor will Remediate certain portions of the SJRPP Site to the specifications determined by the Parties and in accordance with Environmental Laws.
Remediation Contract means the remediation contract(s) to be entered into by the Agency in respect of those parts of the Agency’s Phase 1 Remediation Works listed at (a) in the definition or those parts of the Agency’s Phase 5 Remediation Works listed at (a) in the definition as the case may be which provide for the Remediation Contractor or a third party consultant to issue a remediation validation report when the relevant Remediation Works have been carried out and completed
