Remediation Consultant definition

Remediation Consultant means a qualified, environmental remediation firm mutually agreed upon and chosen through the process set forth in Section IV(C), Paragraphs 15-20, paid for by Easy Mix.
Remediation Consultant means a qualified, external (non-Formosa) environmental remediation firm mutually agreed upon and chosen through the process set forth in Section IV(C), paragraphs 39-40, paid for by Formosa.
