Remediation Activities definition
Remediation Activities means the investigation and remediation of an Environmental Condition, including but not limited to soil and groundwater sampling, activities associated with the construction, operation, maintenance or monitoring of remediation or treatment equipment and systems, the investigation, excavation, restoration, remediation, clean-up and/or treatment of contaminated soil, groundwater and free product, measures to contain, monitor or limit contamination and/or other works in relation to any Environmental Condition.
Remediation Activities means any investigation, study, assessment, testing, monitoring, containment, removal, disposal, closure, corrective action, remediation (regardless of whether active or passive), natural attenuation, bioremediation, response, cleanup or abatement, whether On-Site or Off-Site, of an Environmental Condition to standards required by applicable Environmental Laws in effect at such time or as required by an appropriate Governmental Authority for property used for continued bulk petroleum storage and distribution, including but not limited to maintaining any engineering controls to contain or stabilize Regulated Substances (including without limitation, caps, covers, dikes, trenches, leachate collection systems, signs, fences and access controls).
Remediation Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.
Examples of Remediation Activities in a sentence
To the extent applicable with respect to the subject Public Garage Property or New Street, Redeveloper’s completion of Active Environmental Remediation Activities shall be performed in a manner reasonably consistent with the Environmental Work Plan prepared by the Redeveloper’s LEP and approved by the City, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

Remediation Activities means any testing, investigation, assessment, study, design, monitoring, cleanup, treatment, removal, response, remediation, corrective action or other similar activities undertaken pursuant to Environmental Laws to address any Environmental Condition, Environmental Noncompliance or Release, including such activities associated with or consisting of containment, removal, disposal, closure, passive remediation, natural attenuation or bioremediation, measures undertaken to address or respond to natural resource damages including payments to appropriate trustees, or the installation and operation of remediation, treatment, or monitoring systems.
Remediation Activities means any testing, investigation, assessment, cleanup, removal, response, remediation or other similar activities undertaken in connection with any Environmental Loss.
